A Pink Fashion Haul & Lust List

The Pink Fashion Edit

On Wednesdays, we wear PINK! And it’s October 3rd.

Lol… I thought today would be a particularly good day to upload this post. So I rushed home from uni and quickly got it written for you all!

A colour that I’ve never really worn much of before now is pink. I think it’s SO flattering and this Autumn, I am absolutely obsessed with it. So obsessed that most items of clothes I’ve bought recently are pink…

My first and one of my FAVE things I picked up is the corduroy jacket I’m wearing in this photo. It’s just the perfect shade of pink and I am obsessed with the cream faux fur on the inside, it makes it look and feel SO cosy and cute! I unfortunately couldn’t feature this one in the little widget below because it’s from Primark (they seriously need an online store!). It was £25 which I thought was an absolute steal. If you’re interested in it, I’d definitely recommend sizing down a size or two as it comes up large. I bought a size 4 and it fits perfectly – neither a snug or baggy!

I thought I’d show you some more bits that I’ve bought recently, as well as some other pink things on the high street at the moment that I also really like! Shop away…

The bits from the widget that I’ve actually bought are the last four things, the rest are just things I love the look of – and think a lot of you would too! Let me go through what I think of the things I’ve actually bought…

The Topshop £29 jumper is sooo soft and the perfect fit for me. It’s quite cropped, which is great for wearing with high-waisted jeans. I also don’t like jumpers/tops that are too long as it just makes me look even shorter! I also love this more vibrant shade of pink, perfect for adding a pop of colour to an outfit. I got this in a 6 as I don’t like my jumpers to be too baggy. It fits perfectly and isn’t tight at all, so I’m really glad I went for a 6!

I absolutely adore the bardot stripe top from Topshop – a bardot neckline is so flattering on everyone in my opinion! The stripes are pink, red and navy which is such a cute colour combo. I think this is going to be great for slightly warmer days, or for evenings out in the winter. Definitely an option to dress up or dress down! I ordered a size 8 in this as it’s bodycon pretty much everywhere, and there’s nothing worse than tops with sleeves that are really tight!

The ASOS £65 faux fur coat is literally the pink fluffy coat of dreams! It’s so thick and feels of such high quality. It’s a little oversized however this means it’s perfect for throwing over your fave thick knitted jumpers. I ordered this in a 6 and originally wanted to return in exchange for a 4, but it never came in stock. It took me a while to get used to the slight oversized look of this coat, but since showing a lot of people and looking at myself in it more, I actually really like it!

And finally… this gorgeous t-shirt from Topshop. It’s in the most gorgeous shade of pink and has such lovely embroidery of the London skyline on it. So pretty! This is a great transitional piece as it’s actually not been that cold where I live at the moment. It also seems to be absolutely boiling everywhere in uni, so I’m wearing t-shirts with thicker jackets most days. Layering is key! I got this in a 6 and it fits perfectly.

Do you have a lot of pink in your wardrobe? What’s your favourite piece from this post?
